On Monday, May 2, JK to Grade 6 students will be participating in the annual Music Monday event. At 12:50 PM, we will gather to sing the song, "We Are One" and the French version, "Nous sommes unis" in our school Courtyard. This song was written by a 16 year old songwriter, Connor Ross and it was written specifically for the Music Monday event. The purpose of Music Monday is to unite schools in their love of music and to promote the value of music education. On Music Monday, we hope to fill the skies with music. Upon listening to this wonderful song, I am sure you will agree it has a powerful message, along with a memorable melody and catchy vibe.
