Monday May 2: Health Fair presented by the students in 4A for all the Gr 1 to 6 students 8:45 AM– 12:45 PM
Monday May 2: Special guest teacher and artist, Cory Beauchemin and some of his Gr 12 students from the Visual Arts program from École secondaire publique De La Salle will be collaborating with our Gr 6 students in painting some murals in the new wing
Monday May 2: Music Monday at 12:45 PM in the courtyard. All of our students from JK to Gr 6 will be singing "We Are One" and "Nous sommes unis"(students across Canada will be taking part)
Tuesday May 3 to Friday May 6: Art Gallery in gym 2 from 8:00 AM– 6:00 PM on Tues, Wed and Thurs. Please NOTE that on Friday the gallery is open from 8:00AM to NOON only. Families are welcome to visit the gallery at any time during these hours.
Tuesday May 2: Dress rehearsal for our Annual Talent Show for the Children's Wish Foundation at 11:30 am. JK/SK students will be attending the rehearsal.
Wednesday May 3: Talent Show for the Children`s Wish Foundation
*11:30 AM for Gr 1 to 6 students (in Gym 1 here at WAPS)
* 6:30 PM for parents at Woodroffe H.S. (in the auditorium)Students are encouraged to bring in a Toonie for our Wish child. Our Wish Child this year is Cayden.
Friday May 6: Volunteer Breakfast in the library from 7:30 – 8:30 am, hosted by the staff
Friday May 6: Special Guest Artist, Sharon Tilden, demonstrating her love of art for Gr 1 to 6 students.
