You now have the opportunity to complete the Application for Admission to Elementary School on-line. You can access this on-line form and instructions at: http://www.ocdsb.ca/programs/ki/Pages/registration.aspx.
If you choose the on-line format, you must complete the form, print a copy and bring it along to the school during registration week, along with the other necessary documents, i.e., proof of address, birth certificate, immunization, etc.
